Hope In A Hopeless World

I'm a people watcher. I like to see facial expressions as people talk.  Most of the time not hearing a word of what they are saying.  But watching as they are engrossed in their own world, in their own circumstance, completely oblivious to what's going on around them. It's so easy to get tied up in our circumstances. It's where all of our attention is drawn to for a moment in time.  We dwell on that moment.  We focus on it. We analyze it. We pick it apart. Because we get so focused on that circumstance we don't see the big picture around the circumstance. Let's talk about Peter for a minute.  This may or may not be an analogy you have heard.  It may or may not be a passage you have read in your bible. Here it is.
